Meet the Principal behind Axe Biostrategy
Ben Axler
Ben Axler is a life sciences investor and strategic advisor with deep transactional and analytical experience across the life sciences ecosystem. As Principal of Axe Biostrategy, he partners with biotech companies, investors, foundations, research institutions, and inventors on commercialization planning, business development, and non-dilutive financing solutions.
Before founding Axe Biostrategy, Ben served as Senior Director at DRI Healthcare, where he originated, structured, and executed royalty financing transactions as part of the investment team. Prior to DRI, he was a strategy consultant with Promidian, supporting biopharma clients on commercial strategy and market access engagements. Earlier in his career, Ben held consulting roles with blue-chip life sciences companies, worked for a clinical trial research organization, and supported early-stage IP commercializaiton efforts for a university tech transfer office.
